Corona is no longer the name of an “innocent” beer from Spain. Instead it’s a lethal virus spread all over the world.
In the face of the Corona pandemic, besides the challenges, this is also a time to reflect on what the positive side effects and outcomes actually might be? What are the;

❤︎ the messages
❤︎ the insights
❤︎ the teachings
❤︎ the opening
....for TRANSFORMATION now available to each one of us?
All sprung out of to what degree we each individually are being AFFECTED by this passage in time. As well as, to what degree we ALLOW ourselves to become still and quite enough to actually go inside and explore where we are at.
I see it as we have been given an opportunity to STOP RUNNING around stuffing ourselves with too much activities, doings, things, busyness, surface and shielding activities along with abuse of all sorts. Whether innocent or not. (Yes, cookies and choco are tasty and social media scrolling is "necessary" while commuting...) ❌🍫🧁🍷
Instead, we now have a standing INVITATION to stop escaping ourselves. To stop self-abandoning actually.
It's up to each one of us to CHOOSE to look inside and to DIVE in deep enough to figure out what truly matters. Who are you really? What is it that you truly desire when everything falls away? Naked moment of truth.
If you are resisting going inwards, in a way it is like saying no to LIFE FORCE and forward movement.
What does this resistance constitute of? What is triggering it? What fear is playing with you?
💣 Fear of death?
💣 Fear of financial scarcity?
💣 Fear of not being enough?
💣 Fear of feeling like a failure?
💣 Fear of losing status in the eyes of others?
💣 Fear of losing power?
💣 Fear of belonging?
💣 Fear of chaos?
Our reality across the Globe will look quite different as we journey through and beyond Corona times. For many our professional path will CHANGE quite abruptly. Some finding themselves in a completely new industry, new occupation or new position on the corporate ladder. Some by necessity, and some be delighted choice starting online business.
We humans are so much more than just a brain on two legs. HONOUR the totality of you; body, mind, feelings, spirit and energy. With that perspective in mind and inviting an embodied experience of it; where do you desire to be, go and do from this moment on?
All we really know right now is to navigate hour by hour. Day by day. Barely week by week.
What's beyond that....start to PAINT a new picture and maybe you are utterly surprised by what colors and strokes you choose for this new painting emerging. Allow yourself and lean in to trusting going beyond the familiar if that is calling you. Or it might be a necessity.
Yes, now is a time that in some strange unforeseen way has been gifted to us to be able to explore deeper. To have the OPPORTUNITY to become even more AUTHENTIC and fully expressed as the piece of art that we are. Emerging all the time.
And then dear one, there is this: listen to maybe the most important messages of them all. Ask yourself; What desires to come through me right now as an answer and a longing expressed in concrete form?
That my dear, is your Billon Dollar Question. ⭐️
