It's Christmas! Lean in to all your emotions, eh?
Dear Sister and Bro, you've got this! We are all allowed to have days where we are not on top of things.
Days where we connect with the less sunny streaks within. Still we often resist, push down and swallow in order to escape it and ourselves. Forcing a fake smile or bury ourselves into do, do, do and disconnect from also embracing simply being.
It's a balance when to consciously choose joy and be able to elevate and shift our energy and emotions, and when to stay with the more painful emotions and actually meet them in order to heal, release and let go. To be able to come out on the other side even more strong, grounded, vulnerable, real and elevated. Expanding our ability to love; ourselves and others.
It’s an illusion that this encounter with our fears and heavy emotions will swallow us and be a long painful process.
Sure everyone’s process looks different. Yet, also for you, every moment looks different.
The fastest way to freedom actually typically goes through acknowledging, accepting and meeting what is.
The result of going through that fire is most often brighter and more life enhancing than you can imagine. The sense of freedom even stronger.
You are doing the best you can with where you are at my dear. We all do. The question is, is there some area where you desire to lean in a bit more? To release what would enable you to also fly, thrive and shine more?
This time of year it's easy to feel the sentiment and loss of the ones that is not with us; whether they are in a faraway country, across the country, have passed away, waved goodbye, turned their back on you with or without words or simply are yet to come into your life.
Allow yourself to feel the longing, grief, sentiment, love and gratitude. The emotional mix triggered by this time of year.
Let's celebrate our ability to feel love and compassion. Let's celebrate that we have the ability to be vulnerable, raw, authentic and through that alive also in the territory of dark and grey. See, there is a pot of gold to be found there. Filled with treasures of your very own currency.
